I am glad it is still green; which is a good sign. Anything to encourage rooting sounds good to me. I hope it picks up some growth speed soon. I have tiny jet black pitchers on the small plant that I took the cutting from. It is definitely the smallest cutting of the nepenthes I have ever taken; it was really questionable on it surviving, but it stayed green for months prior to today. It looks like you have at least one new leaf on it.
