Thanks to Johnny I have joined up with the NECPS. A little about me... I am a southerner by birth and I currently live in Bethany, Ct, which is on the outskirts of New Haven. I am a chef by profession and currently do more consulting than cooking but I still love the trade. I've been growing for well over a decade and have amassed a decent collection of plants. I look forward to being more involved with the NECPS.
Thanks for the warm welcome... Since I do more consulting now my Saturday s have been freed up a bit. Looking forward to attending furture meetings... Such as the UCONN and the cookout at Black Jungle. Hopefully I can bring some cool food creations for that.
