Is it really a faux pas? Because it seems pretty amazing to me that he did it twice, with the cleaner roll away in the transworld clip. I could see if he did it twice, and then used only the second trick with the second filmer- I know a photographer who took a sequence of a skater for an ad, and when the ad came out it was the same sequence, photographed on a different day by a different photographer. He was definitely pissed about that because dude went around his back and he never got paid, but if both filmers were able to benefit from their work, is it still a faux pas?
Its funny too, because the rules have definitely gotten more strict on the "abd" front. There have been plenty of tricks done multiple times used in different videos in the past, the "no abds" thing is relatively recent. A good example of that is Kerry Getz and Tim O'Connor both kickflipped love, and both used it in video parts. Tim's clip came out later and is in photosynthesis, which Getz has a fucking part in! That shit would never fly today.
