I am new to NECPS (as of this year) and relatively new to CPs. My first carnivorous plant was a standard Venus Fly Trap I purchased at Walmart and have somehow kept alive since 2017. Since then I have collected a second VFT (B-52), a Nepenthes Ventrata, Nepenthes Truncata, a Drosera (intermedia?), and a Pinguicula (can't remember what kind). I also purchased two seedling Nepenthes Villosa, which may have been a mistake because upon further research it sounds like it could be pretty difficult to keep them alive. I have been to two NECPS meetings (one last November, and the January meeting this year) and look forward to attending more.
