Many of us are spread out all over New England. We can have posters available for you to put up in your local area. People can also go online and post the show event at an appropriate forum.
We want to take a big effort to boost the attendance to this year's show. Shaun has some great ideas on this and has given us a target to get at least 1,000 poeple through the door. This should not be an unrealistic goal given past shows, but it will take the effort of volunteers.
I was able to get the show listed on an e-mail blast called The Weekender. It lists activities to do on the weekends in New England. It also tells you about movies, local business function, and upcoming sporting events of interest to people in New England.

This went out to 7,910 different people or companies in the New England area. I will be really interested in Charlie's attendance log to track how many people heard about our show from this e-mail.
It was sponsored by a company called Staffing Now(DIVISION OF SNI COMPANIES)based in Andover, MA.

Thanks, I am trying. We have a lot of vendors committed to the show and I want to maximize attendance this year for them. I want the attendance to far surpass our last show. I want us to reach our goal of over 1,000 people.
I added the show to the event calendar on GardenWeb.com where I first found the people who started the NECPS.
